need help/advice

can anyone offer me some advice?
i have a therma condens f 24 e boiler when i switch it on it makes a funny noise i have no heat or hot water and the light on the front of it keep sflashing red does anyone have advice/know whats going on?any assistance would be gratefully appreciated

Your thema condens F24e is a rejigged glowworm ci - more people will help knowing this

When you turn it on it looks at the low water pressure switch then air pressure switch - red ight lock out if either is faulty.

The pump then runs and the fan next, air pressure switch makes and ga valve is then opened. fault on gas valve gives red light lockout before sparking.

If you have the old type pcb ie big brown transformer rather than small yellow one could also be your problem.

Best advice would be to contact Saunier Duval for instant cover circa £300 including 12 month contract. Parts are TOO expensive to let a part throwing monkey guess diagnose your boiler. Also they should have access to a 'Diacom' that can read the faults instead of a stupid red light.

BTW is the water pressure at 1 bar? Blue knob underneath the boiler is the filling tap
