Need help wiring my new oven

Really need some help, got a new oven and cant fit it!!! My dad normally does things like this for me but is working away :(
This is what i have, cant work out where the wires go.

Any help really appreciated

What's the model of the oven?

Might be worth getting a qualified electrician for that.. something you only get wrong once..!
 
It doesn't look exactly new…do you not have an instruction book?

There are a number of question that would require asking, one has already been asked. Have you got the manufacturers installation manual/instructions?
Other things to consider, what type of circuit are you attaching it to ?, what fuse rating and cable sizes is this circuit constructed of?, what size cable/flex is being used?, what output does the appliance require?, is the circuit being used satisfactory for continued use?

The only definite conclusions that can be made via your picture is that it requires a flex/cable and the earth terminal is positioned at the bottom of the terminal connection enclosure.

Normally you would expect the line/live cable to terminate at the top(1) terminal and neutral in the middle(3) terminal, but that would be making assumptions and things are not always normal!
