Removed archway and need to fill and level to existing plaster. What method would you suggest?
Need suggestion for full method.

Not a plasterer, but I have seen one do this. Whether it's the right way or not, I don't know, but he started by fixing corner beads with a combination of nails and dot and dab adhesive, making sure they were true with a level, then he plastered to them.

fill the brickwork out with some batten and sand /cement. bead the corners and skim.
