Neff B1320 electric oven

The fan on this fan-assisted oven packed up on me.

Assumed it was the fan motor and managed to find a new replacement motor. Just fitted it and it still won't work.

The new motor seems sound; motor windings test fine on continuity check and there's 240v across contacts.

Element works, the other fan works, light works as does clock etc. Just this fan that won't come in.

Any idea what else it can be please?

If the fan has a supply to it & does not run then it must be faulty.

Think you are 100% correct jj. Can't think of anyhting else. Even bench-tested the motoir with 240V; nothing

So another new motor has been ordered
