Hello,
My neff cooker hood/extractor stoped working this lunch time. I can hear slight noise coming from the motor when switched on by pulling out door. It has a paper filter which get saturated with grease in a few days.
I appreciate if any of you can offer some tips on how to repair it.

I have taken a look at the motor and found that the motor or rotor gets stuck by the grease accumulated over the year. I am wondering where I can find a replacement part. I am grateful if any of you knows a supplier that I can try.
