My oven elements keep blowing and I don,t know exactly why.I must admit I do buy cheap elements instead of the real thing.Sometimes they last for 3 months or the last one a week.Could I be getting the wiring wrong.The elements have 2 double spade connectors on them.And the oven has 2 wires coming out of it.I assume one wire connects to 1 double spade connector and the other wire to the other double spade connector.Is it as simple as that. Although the elements that I have had have supposed to be compatible with my model number have been quoted as being 1700 watt I,m sure the genuine part is 1800 watt.I could be wrong though.
