Zanussi double oven keeps blowing the element

I have a zanussi double oven which every 6 months or so keeps blowing the element. All of a sudden the trip switch goes and the over will then not be able to heat the over. I buy a new element and all is ok for 6 months. When i look at the element it appears that the rings have fused together.

any ideas as to why i need to keep doing this?

Which element I am going to assume fan oven element.

Is the thermostat working correctly and cycling on and off
Is the fan motor running correctly, true and correct speed
Is the rear plate clean or are the ventilation holes all clagged up.
Do you clean out the oven or allow grease and gunge to build up
Is the door seal fitting correctly
