New bathroom fitting

When installing a shower cubicle 1200x800 do i tile the wall completely before installation or tile once the shower is in. There will be different tiles inside the shower as opposed to outside it. Same size and shape, just different colour.

Then tile

I assume you have already made provisions for the plumbing?

Thanks. Pretty much, it's replacing an existing (smaller) cubicle, so most of the existing plumbing should be able to be re-used.
