new bathroom toilet question

hi,i have to install a toilet in a en suite what i would like to know,can i have a bend in the pipe as it runs to the soil pipe,i ask because the toilet needs to be installed up against one wall but the soil pipe is on the left of it so if you imagine your sat on the toilet and the wall is on your left the soil pipe is on that wall about 700mm away i cant move the soil as another toilet is already connected to it.

Yes, use a 90 degree pan connector.
