I am doing a renovation . We are having a new electrics box and boiler in a store room at the front of the house. The electrician is coming back for a second fix.
As you can see from the picture the flue will come out the side of the boiler.
now the question is . The electrician has got wires from first fix. And is bringing them in the same corner the boiler flu is going. I am fitting a 25kw integrals rapid. I want the flue to be in the corner and as high as it can be.
I believe based on boiler document the flue can be touching the top of ceiling and 15mm away from wall? Is this true?
Either I have to make the electrician bring the wires above flue with trunking (which means flue will be 2 inch lower), behind flue with trunking (which means I need to mount boiler with adapter kit..not keen on this). Or if not I have to tell him to reroute through ceiling above?
See attached photos.
Thoughts?
