New Boiler needed for the sake of 2 rubber seals?!

I had a local guy around yesterday, as I suspected he can get all the parts I need and fix the boiler.

Once he has done this I will look at a newer system, BG won't get a look in though! I also moved my dual fuel from BG as well yesterday.
