New boiler

Hello,
A friend of mine has recently had a new boiler fitted.

Should he get notification from corgi or building control that they know it's been installed?

The installer filled out all the details at the back of the installation manual.

All depends how often guy logs in to register his appliances , think its up to a month allowed then couple of weeks for corgi to send it out
