new build door threshold

I have had a garden office built. its all up and plastered, windows and doors are installed.

I am wanting to put carpet tiles down on the inside, but still have the cavity open of the floor, can I fill this so that my carpet tiles can go right up to the door rather than have a wood or plastic threshold??

cant find out the best way to do this...
