New Build Radiator Sizing Query

Hi Guys - looking for some advice please

We moved in to a new build property and have noticed that the house takes a while to warm up with some rooms being ok and some being cold.

I have queried this with the builder and they have said that they they will forward it onto the heating team, but I would like to do my own research.

Can somebody recommend a good online calculator to use as all of them seem to give different results.

The results that I have got so far seem to show that the radiators fitted are under powered for the room sizes ?
