Not wanting to pry into how much other people charge and also realising that different locations etc.....

How much time do you allocate per point for a new build first and second fix?

Depends.

Access - at what stage of the build are you on site? That is, can you do the whole thing in one go or will you have to make a couple of trips?

How many other trades will be getting in your way?

Is it a one-off or are you doing a number of identical properties?

Are you a quick worker?

Are you on your own?

In other words, it's down to your estimate of how long it will take you and how much you charge per hour/day/week. And I wouldn't want to work on a price-per-point basis for a one-off.
