New car head unit.

I currently have a skoda octavia 2012. I like the entertainment system but other than rear beepers not much else can be done. Does anyone know any good brands or recommend ones they've used. A few unsure companies. Ideally I want both apple and Android car play, and maybe it can connect to my nexbase dash rear cam
