Thought I'd do an update here.
We have had a few minor wear and tear issues with the FR-V but no major issues at all.
More tyres, pads and a second replacement set of wiper blades. A couple of lamps.
A couple of bushes on the rear suspension.
The heater fan motor started working intermittently, but we fitted a second hand unit which has been fine for the last 40-odd thousand miles.
The biggest issue was a dodgy alternator, but that too is sorted.
The shocks, exhaust, wheel bearings and clutch are all original and the engine has not been cause for concern.
The car has just gone past 140K at just over a decade old.
