New cartridge reqd, but can't identify shower...

Hi

My combi shower mixer has suddenly started to only run tepid. Central heating is fine and hot water in sinks is piping hot, so I'm ruling out the boiler.

I've called a plumber who says it probably needs a new cartridge. Unfortunately I can't find any indication of the make or model of the shower. Plumber has left it to me to identify and he can then get the required cartridge.

So can anyone on here help identify the make/model from the attached photo?

Send the photo to showerdoc.com, and also preferably a photo with the handles and cover plate removed. They might be able to ID it for you. If they can't, you're pretty stuffed and will need a new shower
