New cheap DVD player required

I am after a new DVD player as my old one has died.

It was a cheap one that lasted for about 18 months, and only cost me £20.
So I am looking for another for the same price or less that plays everything including MPEG movies, and maybe DIVX.

Anyone know of such a beast?

ps Are any DVD players capable of playing AVI's?
