New Ensuite Layout Idea Problems

I would notch out those studs. If you do it low down it won't affect the rigidity of the wall. If you're not familiar with solvent weld use a decent branded compression elbow. Decide how and at what height you're going to connect to the stack (I think Macalpine do a pretty good mechanical boss connector) and work back with a decent fall.

Is 32mm for waste suitable? I've had 40mm from original build installed that had horrible boxing, I'd prefer to whack this into 50mm Metal stud and out the wall with 32mm if I could.

Or with metal stud is the integrity more impacted than wood?

32mm for a sink waste is fine. Overkill even when you consider it's fed by a couple of 15mm that don't run full bore

Not my forte, but Studwork is not structural, and notching/drilling to run services through is expected as part of the build so it should be able to withstand some of the central area being removed.

32mm is allowed under regs for a maximum run of 1.7metres, after that should be upsized to 40mm. Whilst it may never run full bore from the output of 2 taps, discharging a full basin will fill the pipe and in time, with a build up of gunk on the pipe wall, it can lead to issues with syphoning the trap.
