waste system for internal ensuite/bathroom

Hi hoep you can help,

I am building an internal ensuite and need to run the waste to the external stack. I have the room for the correct fall etc.

My question is can i Tee in my sink and shower waste pipes into the WC waste under the floor near the WC rather than out at the stack to save me running 3 pipes across the house

and if i can

How and is there a fitting for doing this.

Yes and no...you can't notch the joists for your waste pipes so it depends on which way the joists are running and whether you have space to do what you intend. Is the soil pipe for the loo already in place or does that need to be added? If it's not there already you might be better off considering having a macerator.
