New fences

I need to have fences installed at the end of my garden with trellis on top due to a recent burglary. Is it a bad time of year to have this done due to the weather conditions?

once the snow is gone, no problem with it at all. We were installing fences last week up until the snow came, and i was going to start another one today until!!!
