New front door problems

I'm sorry I forgot to respond to this.
The old timber was starting to rot but I'm sure it could have been fixed, we just decided we wanted to fit something and forget.
What a mistake that was.
We are still at a stalemate with the company, we dont want the product so it will inevitably have to come out.
Not sure how they will deal with that, they will have to do something with the opening.
We have decided to look into getting a nice timber one made.
