Hi All

My new collumn radiator "horizontal" has a flow cap fitted inside 2 columns in on one side. My question is should this flow cap be closest to the flow side or outlet side.

From what I have seen it should be closest to the flow pipe where you would fit the TRV. However questioning my own sanity.

Thanks in advance.

If the rad has an internal baffle then it would normally be marked what end the flow is but for your peace of mind then yes, the flow would usually be the closest end to it, and flow in towards the baffle.
