Hi plumbers, I've just installed a new compression ISO. Valve which hardly turns. Copper on one end and speedfit with a regular insert in the other. Is it possible the insert could be catching the ball inside? I've tried turning with grips holding the driver, still no go. Could remove the speedfit by 2mm and re try? I've got 2 others on copper which are fine.

Cheers

Unlikely, a ballafix has a lip inside to stop tube going into far, take it of and try it free of pipe work.

Thanks I'll try 2mo. Can't believe it would be faulty. Makes sense it would have a depth stop.
