I have just fitted a new JG Speedfit Equal Straight Coupler 15mm and it is still dripping, worse when I turn the tap off?

Please see before and after photos. New part went on easy but I can't seem to get it off to try and re fit.

Any ideas?

If the pipe surface is scratched it will fail to seal properly and it will leak.
You can try polishing up the pipe but often you will need to change the pipe for a better one.
Also make sure there are no burrs on the cut end of the pipe as this will damage the o-ring seal as you push the pipe in.

Are you sure this is the fitting that is leaking? Have you check the pipe going to the tap above? Tee not leaking?
