Putting in a new kitchen in next few months, as all base units have adjustable
Legs I dont see the point of boarding the floor, have knocked the wall out
Between kitchen and dining room and will be putting down a tiled laminate, so is it ok to fitkkitchen onto the floorboards as will be re placing quite afew

Would be no problem with placing units direct on to floorboards, providing there is enough adjustments in legs, to accommodate this, if not they can be packed out.
 
Kickboards are unlikely to fit without adjustment as legs do not usually have enough adjustment on them to accomodate this.So you would be better to sit the legs on a material as thick as the proposed final flooring.
