New Light, Old wires...

HELP!!!!
Hello all, I have a new ceiling light (Earth, Live, Neutral) which I want to fit. The wires coming from the ceiling are 3 red, 3 Black, 2 Green/Yellow.
Can anyone tell me what goes where?? I'm used to car electrics so completely baffled.
