new shower tray, frame built to silicone or not to silicone?

Hi Guys
Just installed a new shower tray and built up a frame so I can tile right upto the new tray, the question is once i`ve finished building the frame around the tray should I silicone all around the cuts and joins or leave the silicone until i`ve tiled then silicone?

I have done that and the tiles are on and will grout and seal tomorrow :lol:
