Turn the water off and get the machine changed or repaired.

what coulour is this water? is the outlet hose in a stand pipe?
The water is clean and coming in when we turn the water on. Looking at some other posts, it sounds like a problem with the water inlet valve. Not that we really know but it sounds a similar problem. As it is a new machine we have decided to call up for an engineer but wanted to check that it wasn't something we missed installing it as don't want to be charged £25 for nothing being wrong. Thanks for your replies. Nice to know you can get help quickly when we haven't got that much knowledge of these things!
