New member. Interested to know whether anyone has experienced the same problem as me with my new boiler: rattling noise from the boiler (only) when hot water called for.
WB have had an engineer out to my property, and had almost every part of the boiler replaced, and still have no clue what the problem is.

Interesting suggestion Jeff - presumably inside the hot water tank, and therefore inaccessible?

In the connecting pipework more like.

Quite possibly - full deconstruct to find it - or cheaper to just replace the whole thing. Should have been picked up at quality control?

You need to find it with a listening stick. Easy to find if it is that.
