Hey guys :)

Newbie here.

I live in a block of 4 flats, I came out my flat this morning to see that some scumbag has made off with my thick rug welcome mat.

Rather than buy another one for this to happen again, I wondered if there was any way to secure a welcome mat outside my front door ?

The surface outside my front door is smooth concrete, so I was wondering if there was a way of gluing a vinyl backed welcome mat to the concrete so that a new one couldnt be pinched again ?

If so, could someone point me in the right direction of such a chemical to use and also let me know if I need to be looking at any particular mat to stick down.

Many thanks in advance.

Matt :)

you might consider screwing it down so when you want to replace it its a lot easier to get back off the concrete.
2 screws near the back corners with a washer on each should work for any mat
just a thought

Many thanks for the replies guys :)

I like the idea of screwing it down, like you say much easier to replace then.

I'll look into this, many thanks again :D
