Nexus 8 - remote keypad noise

Hello, please could someone help?
In our new house we have a Nexus 8 alarm. It works well however I’d like to turn the remote keypad in the bedroom to silent. When I part set it at night and unset in the morning, it wakes up my family.
I’ve read the manual and spent a couple of hours trying to find how to do it online without success.
Any ideas would be much appreciated. It’s noisy and it would be great to know how to silence the tones on the remote keypad.

Part set volume usually will lower or silencethe internal speaker sounder .
Some control panels will allow you to lower the volume on the remote keypad.
I do not think you can lower the volume on your control panel keypad,but you can program part set to silence on the internal speaker

They make/made the Nexus panels.
Whether they bother to reply is a different matter, but a simple question may get an answer.

Either desolder the keypad speaker or stick some tape over it to lower volume

Blue tack on the piezo/buzzer also works.
