Nice Christmas Present....Not

Got hit by a drunk driver in our car last night...Car is a write off but nobody injured. The woman wiped us out on the left side on a roundabout at about 40mph according to what the copper thought. Spin us round back end first and ended up smashing the front bumper off on the high curb and barrier.

Ruined Christmas day, but at least everybody including my son wasnt hurt.

Not what you want on Christmas day, or any day!

EDIT: Thank god Ford made a strong B pillar! thats the only thing which stopped my son from being seriously injured IMO

I'd be more interested in what happens to the drunk driver.

Probably an ASBO!

I'm sure I could think of a more suitable punishment.

Not wanting to trivialise your accident but thank god that no one was hurt, there was an accident on the M6 yesterday and 2 young children and an adult lost their lives
