When it says points served on NIC forms, for lights does it mean one point = one light or does it mean if say 3 lights are turned on by one switch that is counted as one point?
 
hi
I asked this question at a some training I went on a couple of weeks ago
and told to count every light fitting as one point including low voltage types.
