no heat to rads but do have hot water

Hi, i have a 2 year old vaillant ecotec pro 24 and the radiators have suddenly stopped heating up, although there is still hot water? it went suddenly after i was doing some diy in our hallway near to thermostat so i assumed i must of somehow damaged the stat or the wiring so i bought a new stat and rewired it but still not working. the boiler comes up with an error code s.30 no heat demand from external source, so thats why i changed the stat. can anyone help with this one please? ta

Might you have drilled thru a wire in the wall?

hi, no the wiring was in trunking running down the wall but i have replaced the wiring anyway. i have power going to the stat as the orange light is on. sitting in the cold!!
