the boiler is firing up the pipes are getting hot but no hot water. What could be the problem? I think it could be the 3 port value but how easy is that to fix or replace
No hot water but the radiators work??

The type of boiler fitted is a baxi bermuda back boiler and all the electrical equipment stats,clocks and 3 port valve are danfoss
so if its on hw only at the programmer and cylinder stat is calling the boiler/pump are running ?
is the pipe from the valve to the cylinder hot ?
is the return pipe from cylinder hot/cold ?
is the pipe from the valve to the cylinder hot ?
is the return pipe from cylinder hot/cold ?
The boiler and pump start to run when the stat is calling for hot water,the pipe from the valve to the tank does get hot although gets cooler as it gets closer to the tank and the bottom return pipe remains cold.
