No hot water or any water from hot taps

Recently drained the boiler -Potterton Puma 100e combi to fit a new diverter valve which improved the central heating 10 fold but have no water coming from the hot taps, just a small trickle then none.

Have started by assuming it is an airlock and have tried the usual blocking mixer taps technique. Water will come out of another hot tap by blocking the bath mixer and turning on the cold but it doesn't improve anything, just drains the pipe again as soon as you turn off the cold.

Combi wont be airlocked, check the filter in the mains inlet might be blocked, that will mean undoing the diverter valve though

have you openend the inlet side on the boiler cold water, valve on the mcw pipe going into the boiler

the pumas dont they have a crap flow rate before they fire up,wax capsual ?

No need to undo the diverter on a puma to clear the inlet filter.
Do a search on this puma problem, one of the recent threads has all the answers including diagrams and exploded view

Have removed the inlet filter which was not blocked and have removed the restricter, and also fully opened the manual DHW flow restricter, no difference.
