no hot water question again

struggling to get hot water,a new hot water storage tank has been fitted,but now getting no water,bleed the system,still not working,getting fustrated now

systems runs off a back boiler,no pipes are getting hot close to the tank to,heating is working fine though

any comments guys and gals,

If you are on a gravity hot water system are you sure that all the horizontal pipework has a small rise on it to the cylinder and a slight drop on the way back to the boiler?. It don't take much to prevent gravity circulation occuring.
