Hi folks.

Trying to troubleshoot an issue regarding no hot water. Bear with me regarding abbreviated stuff, and general boiler system knowledge as I am a newbie regardless of my mechanical background.
The heating / water system in this recently acquired house utilises a hot water tank, solar power to heat the tank, 2 control panels (1 for CH + 1 for HW) and one boiler.

The issue first occured a few days ago, I would like to add that I did have the washing machine trip the electrics for the first time whilst using it in dry mode and I am unsure as to whether this may well have caused damage to a component somewhere in the electrical system but it might well be information worth knowing. Upon realisation that there is no hot water when checking the water tank control unit I noticed that the temps were down. The 2 port valve was non-responsive when manually activating the timeset for HW. The valve itself moves freely with the powerhead removed and I am able to establish hot water by working the CH system and opening the valve manually.

I have since replaced the the 2 port powerhead with a new unit from Honeywell V4043H (OE) @ Screwfix. Upon fitting there still appears to be no response from the motor when requesting HW at the timeset. I started to check voltages albeit I dont really know what voltages I am supposed to be seeing but from my understanding when I switch on the timeset for the HW I should be seeing 230V at the pin that says HW ON?
The live wire for the 2 port motor is looking like it is receiving power from the solar panel control module of some sort when tracing the wires.

The following voltages recorded are :

HW ON :
6 - 0v | 7 - 0v | 8 - 235v | 9 - 235v | 10 - 0v | 11 - 235v | 12 - 0v
BOTH SYSTEMS OFF :
6 - 0v | 7 - 0v | 8 - 75v | 9 - 75v | 10 - 0v | 11 - 235V | 12 - 0v
CH ON :
6 - 0v | 7 - 0v | 8 - 75v | 9 - 75v | 10 - 235v | 11 - 235v | 12 - 0v

To add, I also removed the cover from the HW timeset and confirmed that I was receiving 230v from the HW ON pin when activated. This obviously returns to 0v and HW OFF shows as 230v. I did this to try and rule out a potential fault with the timeset not responding to HW ON request.

I am now beginning to wonder if the wiring is incorrect. The system did work before which makes me suspect that it cant be but it would only leave me with the option that I have wrongly wired it up. I did note down the numbers / pins when removing the old powerhead to ensure the wires went back in the same place but judging by what the rear of the panel shows it doesn't add up in my head. To me, if I am following the the diagram on the rear of the panel as pictured below, when I switch the HW timeset to ON. I should be seeing 235V at HW on? I understand that whoever originally installed the system may well have wired it up differently too but I thought I'd ask the question on here before I just go down the road of calling an Electrician. I am unfamiliar if there are any other additional components that could cause this system not to work.

Thanks in advance!

It seems odd how you’re getting 235v from heating on (9) instead of hot water on (10).
