No lights and No Trip

Confused, I turned off an MCB to isolate a lighting circuit to change a switch panel. I ended up not doing it but when I switched it back on, no power. The MCB isn't tripping but I have no power. All the other circuits are fine. I have tried dropping the main switch while resetting this circuit but to no avail?

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Possibly a faulty MCB, do you have another one of the same size in the consumer unit you can swop with?
