If you are using Internet Explorer try these solutions from Microsoft:

Using Internet Exployer version 7...
Not sure what you mean l'm not very techical when it comes to computers. Can you tell me what l should be looking for... Ray,
Is it only on this site that the problem occurs?
Do you have a second browser such as Firefox, to check whether it is just IE.
A couple of options, one is to update Internet Explorer to IE8 which is the latest version. It is available here then see if the problem is sorted.
The other option would be to download Firefox. Then see if that cures the problem.
As the pictures on the site are displaying OK for me, using both IE8 and Firefox 3.6 then it is not the website that is causing the problem.

It sounds like a setting has been altered.
Open IE -> Tools -> Options -> Security Tab -> click Custom Level.
Scroll down the list to 'Scripting' and ensure that these two itmes are enabled
Active scripting -> enabled
Scripting of Java applets -> enabled.
Then see if the pictures show.
If not, go back to Security Tab -> click 'Custom Level', in the next pane select Reset to Medium -> click reset -> OK -> Apply -> OK
See if that sorts the problem, if not go back to Security Tab and click Reset all zones to default level.
