No working radiators

Hi

I'm begging for assistance. I've only just moved into my new flat and I'm not the most advanced person when it comes to DIY. All my radiators are cold but my boiler is providing hot water. All pipes to and from radiators are cold. My boiler is a worcester bosch 280 combi boiler. Please help

Is the heating control set on the boiler to the max position??

Have you set the timer for the heating to come on?
Is the thermostat turned up?

Yes to both questions. I've beenlivivng in the flat a few months and everything has been ok up till now. Am i right in saying it could be the pump?

If the heating wasn't used for a while it could be that the pump became jammed
