Noise in Boiler Room?

Hello all,

I have a relatively new system installed and there is a very loud over-motorised sound coming out of the boiler room however when one of the boilers gets turn off then back on it seems to dissipate. There are two boilers linked together (2 x Vaillant EcoTec 24's).

Does anyone know what this could be?
 
If it's a new system, get your installer back to investigate, noises are easier to diagnose when you can hear them anyway
