I've had 3 fans from Screwfix which after 6-8 months have all developed a noise.
Which is the best quality bathroom extractor which will not develop a noise so soon in its life?

Sounds like bearings. It is a noils that's developed over the past 6 months through wear I assume. There're 4 folk living in the flat and one of them has recently given birth so I think the fan hax probably had a fair bit of use over the last 6 months.
I just wanna know if there's a fan that maybe is better built and will last at least a couple of years before becoming noisy?

I mis-read that as 'noisy bathroom fun', at first glance.

Gotta get new specs.:giggle:

Although i thought all types of extractor have some level of noise to 'em when they start up?

That's the one. Not the cheapest one in Screwfix and worked fine initally. Been in since January and has developed noise.
2nd one of these I've installed, the one before lasted only 6 months.
Is there a supplier who makes a fan that is just engineered better so it doesn't develop this noise?

AI seems confident with a solution but my experience with AI is that it sometimes is overconfident, to the point of bullshit.
Can a human with experience advise?

They should have been covered by a minimum 1 year warranty - did you get them replaced FOC?
