Noisy Cold water

I have a Blanco mixer tap in the kitchen when we turn the cold on it is very noisy the hot water is fine, can any one help please?

No the on off is an up and down motion (chrome ) the sound is like gushing water very loud. I have a combi condensing boiler, the noise only comes when kitchen cold tap turned on no other cold taps in the house make a noise.Please can you help?

prob just a high mains pressure coming in. try turning the stopcock down a little, this reduces the flow a bit. Or if you have a service valve under the sink on the cold try closing that a tad
