Hi
The waste from the bathroom basin exits straight through outside wall, a distance of only a few feet. It is independent and no other wastes are involved.
It is very noisy on emptying.
Is there a fix please?
Thanks

Water is not freely flowing away hence the noise, start by removing and cleaning the water trap under the basin.

Should have asked, is this a new install or a new problem on an old installation?

If it's just started then as suggested, typically the waste run is getting restricted - probably with soap gunk from the basin - and the waste water is now filling the pipe, creating a vacuum behind it and pulling on the trap, hence the gurgling.

2 options -

1) clean out the waste run/trap/basin waste etc
2) fit a 32mm antivac trap
