Hi

we have a lot of house plants + various herbs etc inside.

For a long time we have been having what look like midges (or perhaps greenfly) and don't seem to be able to rid them

What is the current advice for getting rid of these

Thanks

Richard

I carry mine outside and give them an occasional spray with a broad systemic insecticide. You can also get Plant Pins that you poke into the compost in the pot and an insecticide leaches out when you water then and gets into the sap.

You might also have Compost Flies, I have not often had these so don't know what to use.
