RIP, Bought the crime of the century album back in 1974, brilliant album.

A tad before my time, although Breakfast in America was one of the first albums in my collection back in '79. They just vanished after releasing the classic 'Live in Paris' album a year later. Supertramp are one of the bands to make the Seventies bearable.

RIP Charlie, whilst i didn't fully agree with all his views, his live debates were fascinating to watch amongst the younger generation, he was followed by millions for very good reason, watch one of his live debates one time if you haven't.
I look forward to the shooter being caught hopefully still alive.

It was meant as a reply to ic1927 regarding the demise of Rick Davies. But I didn't notice that by the time I posted it, others had posted things inbetween.

My mate bumped into him in a Dublin pub. They had a pint and chat about boxing.

Said he was really down to earth.
