Nowhere to put soakaway?

I'm replacing about 20m2 of tarmac drive with block paving. Existing drainage is into a rainwater gulley by the house. I had planned to dig a soakaway, as per the rules, and have an Aco drain take the block paving run-off and pipe to the soakaway. However I've just realised that a soakaway needs to be 5m away from a road, as well as a house. The distance from my house to the road, is about 5 meters. There's nowhere I can put it, that'd be anywhere near 5m from both. Any clue as to what I do now? It may be possible to drain some of it onto a bed, with some careful contouring of the edgings and screeding. But a lot of it'll end up down at the house and going towards the existing gulley. Are planning likely to be strict on this and shaft me in future? Cheers.

Ok just to wrap this one up, I can do 5m from house, 4m from road (kerb) and 3m from an acer tree. Reckon that’s a goer? Cheers
